Before you can start living your most incredible authentic life you have to know who you truly are. You have to start getting in tune with your likes, your dislikes, your desires, your dreams and everything that makes you uniquely you.

In this episode I talk about the disconnect I felt for the majority of my life when  trying to understand who I truly was. I know how uncomfortable it is to feel like a there's a missing piece in your life and this episode will walk you through how to discover that missing piece, how to start connecting with your soul and finally begin to understand who you truly are.
